| The biggest delay in production is artwork submission. We are often sent artwork that is not in the original software package that it was designed in. This creates a huge problem between us and the end-user. As a manufacturer that relies on our dealer network, we are disconnected from educating the end-user. We hope that the attachment below covers the term "multiple layers" and shows anyone who is interested the difference between typesetting in Photoshop vs. Illustrator.
